Data provided voluntarily by the User:
Profile Image (Photo/Selfie): The User voluntarily provides a photo for their profile, which is visible to other nearby users.
Gender: The User voluntarily selects a gender for their profile.
Data collected automatically during the use of the Application:
Usage and Crash Data (Firebase Crashlytics): Anonymous information related to crashes and malfunctions is collected via the Firebase Crashlytics service for the sole purpose of monitoring stability and improving the application. For more information, you can review Google's Privacy Policy.
Usage Analytics (Firebase Analytics): To better understand how our Application is used and to continuously improve the user experience, we use Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google. This service collects anonymous, aggregated data about user interaction. This data is used solely for statistical purposes and does not personally identify you. Data Synchronization (Apple CloudKit): Data related to matches and conversations is synchronized via Apple's CloudKit service on the User's private iCloud account, for backup and multi-device usage purposes. The Owner does not have access to this data.
Bluetooth Connectivity: The app requests permission to use the device's Bluetooth. This permission is essential for the core functionality of the app, which is to create a decentralized (mesh) network with other nearby users. GPS location is never requested, read, or stored.
Purpose of Data Processing
User Data is collected to allow the Owner to provide its Service, comply with its legal obligations, as well as for the following purposes: Interaction with other users, Infrastructure stability monitoring, and Analytics.
Mode and Place of Processing the Data
The processing is carried out using computers and/or IT-enabled tools. Data is primarily stored on the User's device and, for backup and synchronization purposes, on the User's private iCloud account. The Owner does not store users' personal data on central servers under their ownership.
The Rights of Users
Users may exercise certain rights regarding their Data processed by the Owner, in accordance with the GDPR. In particular, Users have the right to access their Data, request its correction, or erasure. To exercise their rights, Users can direct a request to the Owner's contact email provided in this document.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by notifying its Users on this page.
